This level of service requires an in-house staff to perform first level system and user support.
$59 per PC per month
Services include unlimited remote helpdesk and limited onsite support; network, server and workstation maintenance; security and remote access management, purchasing and vendor interfacing, projects proposal and planning.
$109 per PC per month
This includes all service in the professional level plus unlimited onsite support, free network project implementation.
Strategic and ongoing IT planning are provided in all level of services free of charge.
